WHO WE ARE
The story
The consulting industry has a structural problem it rarely names. The most rigorous work takes the longest to produce, which means the practitioners most committed to quality are the ones most constrained in how far they can grow. This is a systems problem. And systems problems require systems solutions.
With the uncompromising depth of a seasoned GTM strategist who needed GTM strategy documents that worked immediately and exceptionally well, GTM Strategy Docs sits at the cutting edge of synthesizing consumer insights by making AI THINK deeply and contextually about humans, behavior, marketing strategy, and branding, delivering profound messaging-forward GTM strategy.
OUR APPROACH
People & tech
Starting with brand discovery, our proprietary AI engine reasons through our 200+ page Playbook of well-established methodologies grounded in depth psychology, archetypal developmental patterns, consumer economics, and behavioral science to build GTM strategy docs.
We've also solved for what generative AI gets wrong with processing constraints that strip out bias, cultural stereotypes, drift, and subjective noise.
What remains is contextual logic rooted in universal human truths, because as search, discovery, and buying behavior continue to fragment, the one thing that still cuts through is brand.

HOW IT WORKS
The mechanics
To guarantee agency-level execution and enterprise-level reliability with AI, we use Claude's advanced reasoning capabilities, combining its contextual processing power with audience modeling calibrated to the same psychographic and behavioral taxonomies and data structures used by the world’s largest media-buying agencies, to identify patterns across complex business contexts for GTM strategy docs that power content or creative workflows.
When to use GTM Strategy Docs
Secure GTM Strategy Docs to transform your launch timeline. But these data-rich deliverables aren’t for every business, delivering best for pre-launch, market-entry, and early post-launch businesses.

We help most with positioning or repositioning businesses operating without GTM Strategy Docs.
Perfect for businesses certain about what they are selling, unlocking sustainable, long-term growth by combining human expertise with validated, proven frameworks and proprietary IP.
NOTE: We're a highly ethical business. Brands and businesses that seek to exploit, harm, or deceive others will receive a deliverable urging them to be better humans.
When not to use GTM Strategy Docs
GTM Strategy Docs are NOT ideal for:
Brand naming – we do not generate brand names or naming systems.
Developing brand architecture – our docs do not build parent-sub-brand systems or plans for how a brand will extend vertically or horizontally over time. These would be orgs that have grown to the point where multiple entities, divisions, or sub-brands need to be strategically connected under a single umbrella. That's enterprise-level structural work that requires a dedicated strategist.
Creating a branding strategy for complex organizations – our documents do not solve for internal stakeholder alignment, legacy brand equity decisions, or organizational culture work needed when a brand is so mature and complex that the strategic challenge is no longer "who are we and what do we say" but "how do all of our brands relate to each other and grow together over time."
Competitive differentiation strategy work – Do not use us for GTM Strategy Docs if you require traditional market research spreadsheets, physical packaging design audits, channel distribution logistics, or pricing model adjustments.
Our Leadership

Vanessa Matthew
CEO, CMO, CTO
GTM Strategist with a focus on applied behavioral science and branding, Vanessa has been sitting at the intersection of human behavior and strategic communication for over two decades.
From raising over $50M for nonprofits through high-stakes performance messaging to conducting market research for global Fortune 500 brands (NBCUniversal, BMWi, JPMorganChase, PepsiCo, FedEx, UPS, Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, MasterCard, IKEA, Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Gillette, Cottonelle, Keurig Dr Pepper, Hershey's, Nestle) at Ketchum Public Relations (now Golin Ketchum), Vanessa has learned one thing: Deep research is the only way to find the 'Human Truths' that actually move people—but most consultants and agencies don’t have the time or resources to do it.
Addressing the timeline tension: the pressure to produce high-performing content and strategy without the months of manual labor required to truly uncover the audience's psychological drivers — GTM Strategy Docs was born.
With her MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University, graduating summa cum laude, a bachelor's from Tufts University, and certifications in media management from New York University and brand strategy through Level C, Vanessa takes her deep expertise in institutional audience research, mixed with her proprietary agentic AI architecture, to democratize elite, high-ticket brand strategy for fast-moving consultancies.
Vanessa has also taught graduate-level courses on brand equity management and market research analytics at West Virginia University, and frequently speaks to founder communities globally on the future of predictive psychographic marketing.
